Job Description

As a ABM you will handle Sales & Business Development of IV fluids & Critical care segmentbased at Hyderabad HQ. You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies. You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.

Required Candidate profile

B.Sc or Graduate 6 to 10 yrs in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as 1st Line Manager handling  IV fluids & Critical care segment  based at Hyderabad HQ. You should have hospital working experience. You should be good in Man Management & Business Development. You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions, launching new products and effective implementation of strategies. You should be good in Maintaining Administrative Control on Field Force.
