Candidate will be at Myanmar based at Mandalay and will be responsible for organizing and managing sales, business development for Food/ FMCG Products based at Mandalay covering Myanmar. You will be responsible for organizing distribution network, collecting the sales proceedings. You will also be responsible for Sales Promotion activities, Sub- Distribution Management to achieve business objectives and for business development . In addition , you will handle all Regulatory requirement and compliance and also Financial Management.
Required Candidate profileany Graduate or Post Graduate and MBA 8-12 years of experience of Sales and Business development covering any zone / Region in India. with Sales team upto 175 people plus Merchandising team. Presently 2-3 Years working as a (Sr ASM/ Channel/ Category/ Just Promoted as RSM) from Reputed FMCG Industry and should be interested in making career in Food/ FMCG International sales , based outside India . You should be good in organizing distribution network , effective Sales Force Man- Management and collection of sales proceedings. You should be quick learner, adaptable & willing to work outside India.
