Job Description

Candidate will handle Sales & Business Development of Acute Segment based at Delhi HQ covering North and East zone. He should be currently working as National Sales Manager handling North and East zone and should be having good knowledge and experience into Acute segment. He should have experience of handling Sales team size of more than 500 Plus in new launching Division. You will be responsible for Recruitment Retention/ Development. You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.

Required Candidate profile

B. Pharma /B.Sc in Sales, 15-18 years of experience in Pharma Sales covering Acute Segment handle North and East zone operation out of which he should be working as National Sales Manager for 2-4 Years. Candidate should have good experience and knowledge in handling business in new Launching division in Acute/ Mass Segment. You should have good experience in launching new division and launching new products. you will be Responsible for Selection, Development and Retention of field force.
