Job Description

Candidate will be based at Mumbai and will be responsible for Sales & Business Development of API Bulk Drugs for Latam Countries.(B2B Sales)
You will be responsible for handling market research and competitor data analysis, develop new Market for API/ Bulk Drug in Latam market.
Customer Query handling (Technical, Regulatory, Logistics)
Handling of Market complaints and response submission to ensure customers satisfaction.
Effective coordination on activities within the supply chain by interaction with cross functional teams
Arranging customer audits, ensuring timely response & New Business Development for promotion of API / Bulk drugs in Latam Countries.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate should be B.Sc / M.Sc / Chemical Engineer, and MBA (Marketing)
Must have10-15 of experience in API Bulk, Sales & And Business development covering Latam countries (B2B sales). Candidate should have good knowledge of customer / companies for API / Bulk drugs in Latin America. You should be good at conducting good CRM activities to improve the sales. You should have good knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Logistics, export Documentation related to supply of API Bulk drugs in Latam Countries.
